We buy run down property on 500sqm plus land size that can be:
1. Renovated
2. Developed into residential townhouses
3. Sub divided
4. Investment

We act on behalf of the client. We search for couples who dont have enough funds to do
a project as such by themselves, so we match them to another person as a ‘joint venture’
agreement and manage the entire process for them, through the purchase of the land,
settlement, planning, design, construction and sale of the completed product to make
the client a profit.

Our goal is to set the client up on their way to
